Privacy Policy
How Oleksandr.team collects, uses, and protects your information.
Last updated: September 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Oleksandr.team ("we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the website request form on this site or otherwise contact us about a project. "Oleksandr.team" is a trade name used by Oleksandr Deineko, operating as an independent contractor. If you have questions about this policy, email oleksandr.dev.team@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
When you submit the website request form, we collect the information you provide, which may include: your full name, email address, company/project name, website type, goals, content status, approximate number of pages, design references, preferred style, domain/hosting status, desired timeline, budget range, and any additional notes you share.
We also automatically receive standard server access logs from our hosting provider when you visit the site, such as your IP address, browser type, and access times.
3. Why we collect it
We use this information to evaluate and respond to your website request, prepare a quote or proposal, communicate with you about the project, and deliver the agreed services. We do not use this information for advertising or for marketing it to third parties.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to operate the request form and hosting for this website:
- Formspree - processes request-form submissions and forwards them to our email inbox (oleksandr.dev.team@gmail.com). Formspree acts purely as our form-processing service.
- Bluehost - our web hosting provider, which generates standard server access logs (including visitor IP addresses) as part of normal hosting operations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not currently use a separate CRM, marketing database, or analytics/advertising tool.
5. Cookies & tracking
This website does not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel). If that changes in the future, we will update this policy and request consent where required by law before any non-essential tracking is enabled.
6. Data retention
We keep request-form submissions and related project communication for as long as reasonably necessary to complete the project and to meet basic business and legal record-keeping needs, after which it can be deleted upon request (see "Your rights" below).
7. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing oleksandr.dev.team@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Children's privacy
This website and our services are intended for business owners and individuals arranging a website project, and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the request form after changes means you accept the updated policy.
